Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is hiring a Registered Nurse for our in-center hemodialysis units. You will join a patient-care team to deliver high-quality dialysis, provide ongoing education and health coaching, and ensure safe, compassionate care with a focus on outcomes.

We offer paid training, competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and generous retirement options. This is a full-time position with 10-hour shifts starting early in the day, Sundays off, and no overnight duties.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.
• DCI provides 3 months of comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and hands-on skills training.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine and supplies; ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policies and procedures.
• Educate patients and provide health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to the care team.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations.
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews.
• Document patient education efforts.
• Coordinate with local hospitals for continuity of care.
• Assist in medication inventory management.
• Lead a small patient care team.
• Assist with onboarding new staff as directed.
