Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is hiring a Dialysis Registered Nurse for our in-center hemodialysis units. You will join a patient-care team, provide specialized nursing care, and contribute to high-quality outcomes.

The role offers full-time hours (four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am) with Sundays off; compensation ranges from $34 to $42 per hour depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits and paid training are included.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dialysis machine, alarms, and treatment supplies; ensure quality standards.
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per policy.
• Provide ongoing patient education and health coaching.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and communicate changes to physician/family.
• Administer and chart prescribed medications.
• Follow infection control regulations.
• Participate in rounds and chart reviews.
• Maintain documentation of patient education.
• Support continuity of care with local hospitals.
• Assist in medication inventory management.
