Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our nonprofit team. You will provide safe, high-quality care in a patient-focused in-center hemodialysis unit, participate in education, and support families.

Training is provided, and you’ll work a 12-hour shift schedule with Sundays off. The role offers paid training, competitive pay between $35 and $47 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Nursing degree required and active license.
Dialysis experience not required; training provided.
Strong teamwork and communication with care teams.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

Prepare dialysis machine, alarms and supplies per protocols.
Perform hemodialysis treatments following policies.
Educate patients and provide health coaching.
Monitor patients and communicate changes to physician/families.
Administer prescribed medications and document in chart.
