Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients, develop and modify care plans, and document data around hemodialysis.
• Administer medications, initiate emergencies, and ensure safe dialysis delivery.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options and self-care needs.
• Delegate tasks, supervise staff, and mentor new hires.
• Participate in quality improvement and ensure lab procedures are performed correctly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to meet outcomes and maintain policy compliance.
