Job summary

US Renal Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join a cross-functional team. You will work under a Charge Nurse and supervise Patient Care Technicians while delivering safe, compassionate dialysis care to patients with kidney disease.

You will perform pre- and post-treatment assessments, monitor patients during sessions, review medication profiles, and administer meds per physician orders. You’ll help plan care with an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing aligns with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and complete patient assessments before and after treatments.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and administer medications per physician orders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and ensure staffing requirements are met.
• Adhere to company policies, participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
