Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Dialysis Registered Nurse for PRN shifts in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver and supervise patient care, coordinate with the care team, and support discharge planning and family education.

Required RN license, current BLS, ACLS preferred within 90 days; NNCC certification is a plus. You will join a compassionate, patient-centric team with growth opportunities and a focus on high-quality post-acute care.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you are applying
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification preferred after 90 days of employment; ACLS required for some roles
• NNCC certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver, direct and supervise dialysis patient care
• Coordinate interdisciplinary planning and discharge planning
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
• May serve as Charge Nurse; ACLS certification required for Charge Nurses and ICU roles
