Job summary

Qualifications

• DC RN License required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• 12 months of clinical nursing experience with 6 months in maintenance dialysis.
• Certification in Dialysis Nursing (CDN) or Nephrology Nursing (CNN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily dialysis program operations to ensure safe, high quality care.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for patient needs.
• Leads staff coaching and performance development for clinical excellence.
• Ensures compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage and infection control guidelines.
• Monitors quality metrics and drives performance improvement.
