Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis Program Manager to direct and advance our hemodialysis program within a hospital setting. You will implement safety policies, supervise dialysis staff, and serve as the program's liaison to hospital management and the community.

The role requires RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 1 year, and preferred CRRN certification, with strong communication and organizational skills for delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• One year of inpatient hospital experience (preferred).
• One year of dialysis nursing experience (preferred).
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the hospital's hemodialysis program.
• Implement policies for safe and effective care.
• Supervise dialysis staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Represent the program within hospital management and community outreach.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address patient concerns.
