Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN)!
• Current RN state licensure.
• 6 months chronic or acute dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills for the position.
• Excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement.
• Ishihara Color Blind Test completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide facility leadership and oversee daily operations.
• Supervise Charge RN and DPC staff.
• Coordinate patient care from admission to discharge with the Medical Director and physicians.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and CQI programs.
• Prepare for and participate in state and federal surveys.
