Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support our nonprofit mission by providing compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal disease.

You will work under RN supervision, assist during dialysis treatments, monitor vital signs, operate the machine setup and breakdown, and participate in infection control. Responsibilities

• Actively participate in infection control and patient education.
• Guide new patients through the education plan.
• Obtain and record vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Operate dialysis setup and break down under RN supervision.
• Insert and remove patient access needles.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and report concerns.
• Maintain patient privacy and professional relationships.
• Maintain and track inventory and perform related tasks.
• Perform laboratory work as needed.
