Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Certified Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support our patient-centered care model in a clinical setting.

This full-time role starts at 4am with three 13.3-hour shifts and Sundays off, offering paid training and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation ranges from $22 to $28 per hour, depending on healthcare experience, plus benefits that include medical/dental/vision, life and disability coverage, PTO, retirement matching, and education

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• CNA, EMT, medical assistant, CNT and/or phlebotomy skills desired.
• DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Infection control, risk management and patient education participation.
• Guide new patients through 120-day education plan.
• Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Role under RN supervision.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment.
• Insert and remove patient access needles.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and inform charge nurse of concerns.
• Calculate patient weight loss to reach dry weight.
• Determine patient care priorities and organize workload.
• Maintain professional relationships and patient privacy.
• Maintain and track inventory and perform laboratory work.
