Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team in Virginia. You will work under RN or Charge Nurse supervision to deliver dialysis care, monitor patients, and collect samples per physician orders.

The role includes preparing machines, performing safety checks, ensuring quality and adherence to protocols, and participating in required staff training and meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Prepare and clean dialysis machines; perform safety checks and log results.
• Follow safety measures and company policies under supervision of RN/Charge Nurse.
