Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join a cross-functional dialysis team in Houston. You will work under an RN or Charge Nurse to provide safe and high-quality dialysis care, including gathering stats and assisting with treatments.

Responsibilities cover machine setup, cleaning, safety checks, and adherence to policies and state/federal regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma and a genuine interest in patient care, with relevant experience a plus; CPR

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA experience is a plus.
• Able to mix acids and bicarbonate per protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to deliver safe dialysis treatment.
• Prepare machines, disinfect after treatment, and perform safety checks.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
