Job summary

You will work under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to support dialysis sessions and patient assessment.

Responsibilities include measuring vital signs, initiating and monitoring dialysis, preparing and cleaning machines, safety checks, and participating in staff meetings and continuing education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality dialysis treatment and monitor patients during sessions.
• Gather vital signs before and after treatment and assist with blood sample collection per orders.
• Prepare and disinfect machines, perform safety checks, and log results.
