Satellite Healthcare seeks a dedicated Dialysis Patient Care Technician (Finance) trainee to support patient care under RN supervision and learn hemodialysis procedures. You will measure vital signs, assist with blood tests, document patient data, and prepare dialysis equipment in a compliant, safe environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and delivering compassionate care to patients with kidney disease, in a high-energy, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• One year of medical experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification due within 18 months from hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification required within 18 months for CA locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Learn and perform hemodialysis treatment per policy.
• Take and monitor vital signs and perform blood tests.
• Document patient information accurately.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and clean equipment.
