Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician Trainee to learn and provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in our California dialysis centers.

You will train to perform hemodialysis, monitor vital signs, and support the care team while following center policies. This role emphasizes growth, patient focus, and professional development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification required within 18 months from hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification required within 18 months from hire date (CA locations only).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Learn to perform hemodialysis treatment according to center policies and procedures.
• Take and monitor vital signs, perform blood tests, document patient information, prepare and monitor dialysis equipment, and clean equipment.

Education
