U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician Trainee to join our Monterey, CA team.

The role trains you to deliver direct patient care under RN supervision, focusing on learning hemodialysis procedures according to center policies. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, performing blood tests, documenting data, and preparing and maintaining dialysis equipment. Qualifications

• One year of medical experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.
• BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification required within 18 months from the hire date.
• CDPH CHT certification (CA locations only) required within 18 months from the hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Learn how to perform hemodialysis treatment according to center policies and procedures.
• Take and monitor patient vital signs.
• Perform blood tests and document patient information.
• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and clean equipment.

Education
