Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and check wellbeing since last treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and perform cannulation under supervision.
• Record vital signs, weight, and prep for treatment.
• Initiate dialysis per orders including QB and QD.
• Monitor response to dialysis therapy and document changes.
• Ensure safety alarms and machine checks are enabled.
• Document treatment data accurately in the Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Assist in infection control and maintain a clean environment.
