Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet CMS/state certification requirements.
• Previous dialysis patient care experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and assist with patient mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Monitor patients during treatment and respond to alarms.
• Record vital signs, weights, and treatment data accurately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices.
• Provide patient education under supervision.
• Support CQI activities and documentation.
