Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support the dialysis treatment process in a part-time schedule with two 10-hour shifts starting at 5am. Sundays off and a structured training program accompany the role.

You will participate in infection control, record vital signs, assist with blood system setup, and work under RN supervision as part of a compassionate, nonprofit team offering competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• DCI provides a 3-month comprehensive education program with classroom and hands-on skills training.
• Dialysis experience not required; job shadow opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in infection control, risk management and patient education activities.
• Guide new patients through a 120-day education plan.
• Obtain and record patient vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Role under RN supervision.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system for treatment.
• Insert and remove patient access needles.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and document changes.
