Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Westwood, MA is seeking caregivers to join the dialysis health care team. No prior dialysis experience is required; you will receive 11 weeks of paid training to become nationally certified, with a pay increase upon certification.

The role includes safely operating hemodialysis machines, supporting setup and care under RN supervision, and documenting treatment data. We offer major holidays off, a path to certification, and RN tuition reimbursement up to $5,200 per year.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
• CMS-approved state and/or national certification within state or CMS timeline.
• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.
• Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dialysis setup and operation under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the RN or supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and document treatment data.
• Assist with infection control, education, and record keeping as part of the dialysis team.
