Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in patient care in hospital or related facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in education for patient care plans and dialysis procedures.
• Welcome patients and inquire about wellbeing after prior treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and perform cannulation as delegated.
• Initiate dialysis according to orders and monitor patient response.
• Record vital signs, treatment parameters, and progress notes.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper operation of dialysis equipment.
