Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Massachusetts is seeking a dialysis technician to join our patient care team. You will operate hemodialysis machines under RN supervision and support patient safety and comfort during treatment.

No prior dialysis experience is required; on-the-job training for certification is provided, with a 12-week program and tuition reimbursement up to $5,200 annually. This is a full-time position with major holidays off and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; CMS/state licensure may be required.
• Previous patient care experience in hospitals or related facilities preferred.
• CPR certification required; on-the-job dialysis training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines under nurse supervision.
• Monitor vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters during dialysis.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and document treatment data accurately.
• Assist with patient education and reporting changes to supervising staff.
• Support infection control practices and equipment safety checks.
