Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis team. You will work closely with patients to deliver high-quality dialysis care, monitor vital signs, and support treatment activities under the supervision of a nurse.

The role emphasizes safety, quality assurance, and active participation in patient assessments and care planning within a multidisciplinary team. Prior dialysis or CNA experience is a plus, and CPR training is required within 90 days where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during dialysis sessions, monitor vital signs, and assist with treatment setup and collection of samples.
• Maintain safety and quality by completing machine safety checks and sanitation after each treatment.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team under a Charge Nurse, contributing to patient assessment and care planning.
