Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is hiring Patient Care Technicians to support dialysis patients with ESRD. You will monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, record vital stats, assist with cannulation, and set up hemodialysis equipment, delivering compassionate care.

We value dedication, comfort around blood and needles, and current BLS/CPR certification. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a desire to care for people and be comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Experienced PCTs must have current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or if applicable other state approved certification.
• Experienced PCTs are required to have current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and contribute to care with empathy and professionalism.
• Develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.
