The role emphasizes infection control and patient education, with responsibilities spanning setup, monitoring, and post-treatment care. The successful candidate will maintain a clean facility, follow safety protocols, and collaborate closely with the dialysis

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMS certification or state equivalent where applicable.
• All appropriate state licensure and training required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor hemodialysis machines per orders.
• Assess vascular access and monitor patency during treatment.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to infection control policies.
• Collaborate with RN and other staff to ensure patient safety and comfort.
