Fresenius Medical Care seeks a dedicated dialysis support role to assist in delivering safe dialysis therapy under licensed supervision. You will operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patient status, and help maintain a clean, compliant treatment environment.

The role emphasizes patient education, quality improvement participation, and teamwork with RN staff. Responsibilities include setting up equipment, calculating UF goals, documenting treatments, and ensuring safety alarms and infection

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a dialysis training program or certification as required by CMS.
• State licensure or certification as required by state regulations.

Mansioni

• Greet patients and assess wellbeing at each treatment.
• Cannulate and monitor vascular access; administer heparin as allowed by state law.
• Record pre/post treatment vital signs, weight, and access status.
• Initiate dialysis per orders; manage QB and QD settings.
• Identify and manage intradialytic problems; document interventions.
