Responsibilities

• Evaluate vascular access for patency and cannulation.
• Initiate dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders (QB/QD).
• Monitor patient response to dialysis therapy and document vitals.
• Perform pre/post dialysis evaluations and record data.
• Maintain safe and clean environment and ensure infection control practices.
