Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our dialysis teams.

You will work under a Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse to provide delegated care for patients with renal failure, supporting treatment, monitoring, and patient comfort on every shift. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, with required training and ongoing professional development to help you grow within our nationally recognized centers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA is a plus.
• Ability to safely mix and prepare chemical solutions following safety protocols.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, high-quality dialysis treatment to patients.
• Prepare machines, clean and disinfect, and perform safety checks according to protocols.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team under nurse supervision to support patient care.
