Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician (CCHT) to support our dialysis team in delivering prescribed treatments to patients with end-stage renal disease.

You will participate in infection control, monitor vital signs, prepare equipment, and work under RN supervision to ensure safe, high-quality care. This full-time role features four 10-hour shifts starting at 5am, Sundays off, no overnight shifts, paid training, competitive pay ($21.00–$31.83/hr), and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with patients and team members.
• Desire to collaborate with care teams across shifts.
• Ability to problem solve in fast-paced clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Infection control, risk management and patient education activities.
• Guide new patients through education plan and document progress.
• Record vital signs and machine readings during treatment.
• Set up and break down dialysis blood system and monitor access needles.
• Monitor patients during dialysis and inform RN of concerns.
• Maintain inventory and assist with laboratory work.
