Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dialysis support professional to join the care team under RN supervision. You will help set up and operate hemodialysis machines, monitor patients, and document treatment details. The role emphasizes infection control, patient safety, and collaboration with nursing staff.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and CMS/state licensure as applicable, with CPR certification preferred. Training and travel between facilities may be required.

• Ability to document treatment and vitals accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and operation of dialysis machines and monitor patients during treatment.
• Record vital signs, fluids, and treatment parameters accurately.
• Assist with infection control and environmental sanitation.
• Support education and training under supervision of a nurse.
• Observe safety alarms and respond to equipment issues per policy.
• Prepare labs requisitions and manage specimen handling.
