US Renal Care is seeking a Patient Care Technician to join our team and support dialysis treatment under RN supervision. You will assist with patient prep, monitor during sessions, and collect samples as ordered, ensuring comfort and safety.

Responsibilities emphasize adherence to state and company policies, safety protocols, and ongoing education, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic, patient-centered environment dedicated to improving kidney care outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
• Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA is a plus.
• Must be comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: assist with safe, comfortable dialysis and patient prep/monitoring.
• Technician duties: prepare machines, clean/disinfect, perform safety checks and logging.
• Safety and quality: wear PPE, follow policies, participate in meetings and education.
