Job summary

Innovative Renal Care (IRC) is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide high-quality care to patients with ESRD. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure and record stats, initiate cannulation, observe patients, and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a genuine caring approach, current BLS/CPR, and active certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO or state-approved program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and be comfortable around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO or state-approved certification.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis; measure and record stats.
• Initiate cannulation and assist with hemodialysis machine setup.
• Provide patient observations and care in ESRD dialysis context.
