Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is hiring Patient Care Technicians to provide high-quality care for ESRD patients. You will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, measure vitals, initiate cannulation, and assist with machine setup in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, a passion for patient care, and current BONENT/NNCC/NNCO or state-approved certification along with BLS/CPR. IRC offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to care for people and work around blood and needles.
• Current BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO certification, or state approval as applicable.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
• Measure and record stats and assist with cannulation.
• Set up hemodialysis machines and ensure patient safety.
