Fresenius Medical Care seeks a dedicated dialysis care professional to operate hemodialysis machines, monitor treatments, and ensure patient safety. You will assist in education of patients on adequacy measures and contribute to the CQI program under RN supervision.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, CMS licensure/training, and CPR certification. Previous patient care experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and CMS-approved state licensure/training.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or obtained during training.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor treatment.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment data accurately.
• Assess vascular access patency and perform cannulation as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control and safe, clean environment.
• Document and report patient changes to RN or supervisor.
