Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced dialysis technician to join our patient-focused team. You will assist in the setup and operation of dialysis machines, monitor patients during treatment, and ensure accurate documentation of vital signs and treatment parameters.

The role requires maintaining infection control practices, collaborating with nurses, and contributing to CQI activities to improve patient outcomes. A high school diploma and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care in a healthcare setting preferred.
• CPR certification and state requirements must be maintained.
• High school diploma or GED is required and CMS/state licensure where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate dialysis machines.
• Monitor patient response to dialysis and report changes to RN.
• Record vital signs, treatment parameters, and patient data accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and protect infection control.
• Assist in patient education and staff training as needed.
• Document and communicate with the nursing team during and after treatments.
