Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hemodialysis machines according to orders.
• Monitor patient vitals and response to dialysis; report unusual findings.
• Document treatment data accurately on Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean treatment environment.
• Perform pre- and post-treatment evaluations and cannulation as directed.
