Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG is seeking an entry-level Registered Nurse for the Outpatient RN CAP 1 designation in the Clinical Advancement Program. The role focuses on the assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care for an assigned patient group undergoing hemodialysis. You will collaborate with RNs, LVN/LPNs and PCTs, document in medical records, and participate in education and staff training.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Must meet the practice requirements in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient data during hemodialysis and document in the medical record.
• Coordinate care and provide patient/family education.
• Administer medications as prescribed or per approved protocols.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff (RNs, LVN/LPNs, PCTs).
• Respond to emergencies and participate in staff training as assigned.
