A leading healthcare company is seeking an Outpatient RN to provide and coordinate care for patients in the Clinical Advancement Program. This entry-level position involves assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with a healthcare team. Qualifications

• Must have less than 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move patients as necessary.

• Administer medications and document patient interactions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
