• Collects and analyzes patient data around hemodialysis sessions and documents in EMR.
• Educates patients and families about care plans and interventions.
• Delivers safe and effective hemodialysis therapy in collaboration with direct care staff.
• Administers medications as prescribed or per approved protocols.
• Assists with emergency responses as needed.
• Acts as a resource for health care team and participates in staff training.
• Ensures proper specimen collection and documentation for labs.
