You will develop care plans, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• 3-5 years dialysis nursing experience, with 2+ in leadership.
• Experience managing a dialysis unit is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of EQRS, NHSN, QAPI reporting and IPRO requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and supervise the dialysis nursing team ensuring safe, effective patient care.
• Oversee daily clinical operations within the dialysis unit.
• Develop and evaluate individualized dialysis care plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Provide education and mentorship to staff and patients' families.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, orientation, and performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, social workers, and technicians.
