Doral Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Dialysis Charge Nurse to lead the dialysis unit with clinical excellence and operational oversight. In this role you will provide direct patient care, supervise nursing staff, coordinate treatments, ensure adherence to protocols, and drive quality and safety initiatives in a patient-centered environment.

Applicants should have RN licensure, BSN preferred, 3–5 years dialysis experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to support

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state.
• BSN or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years dialysis nursing experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, equipment, patient care standards, and renal nursing practices.
• Familiarity with EQRS reporting, Anemia Management, NHSN, QAPI, IPRO reporting.
• CNN certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to coordinate patient care and respond to changing clinical needs.
• Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients per clinical standards.
• Coordinate daily dialysis activities and patient assignments.
• Supervise dialysis nurses and team during shifts.
• Monitor patient condition during dialysis and respond to changes.
• Administer medications as ordered and evaluate responses.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and other staff for coordinated care.
• Support development and evaluation of patient care plans.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and education.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reports.
