Job summary
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Manager in East Florida (Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties). The role requires a current and unencumbered State Nursing License and at least 1 year of recent acute dialysis experience, plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
The manager will ensure compliance with standards, maintain documentation quality, and guide patient care in alignment with hospital policies.
Qualifications
- Current and Unencumbered State Nursing License.
- At least 1 year of recent acute dialysis experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Supports, implements and ensures compliance with all HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, hospital and regulatory standards, regulations and policies.
- Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of documentation and work performed per hospital policy.
- Utilizes hospital policies as the standard of care for positive patient outcomes.
- Performs position-specific job functions as a Dialysis Nurse Manager, including responsibilities such as patient rights, assessment, care of the patient, patient family education and continuum of care.
