Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Manager in King, NC to lead facility operations and nursing staff.

You will schedule patients and staff, oversee care delivery, and ensure compliance with policies while coordinating with the medical director and other care team members. The role requires a nursing degree and current NC RN license, with dialysis experience and supervisory capabilities preferred.

Qualifications

• Accredited nursing degree required with RN license.
• Six months dialysis experience required; one year dialysis experience preferred.
• One year clinical nursing experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current NC Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff; provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care per ESRD Network and QAPI.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff.
• Coordinate QAPI and risk management program implementation.
• Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director and care teams.
• Integrate unit activities and supervise nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff.
