Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is recruiting a Nurse Manager to oversee dialysis facility operations and nursing staff, ensuring safe, efficient treatments across our nonprofit network. The role includes staff scheduling, direct patient care, and adherence to ESRD regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, NC RN licensure, and dialysis experience. DCI offers leadership training, competitive benefits, and a mission-driven culture, with Sundays off and a strong emphasis on quality

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and RN license required.
• Dialysis experience required (minimum 6 months).
• One year clinical nursing experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Current NC RN license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients and staff and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Ensure all hemodialysis treatments follow DCI policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement standards of care in line with ESRD Network and regulatory requirements.
• Plan and provide training and assessments for patient care staff with nurse educator.
• Coordinate QAPI and risk management program with the quality/risk manager.
• Collaborate on patient care initiatives with medical director and care team.
• Integrate unit activities with clinic operations director and medical director.
• Manage supervision of nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff.
