AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced nurse leader to oversee patient care and care coordination. The role emphasizes building and updating individualized care plans, monitoring outcomes, and collaborating with physicians to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Nursing, BLS and ACLS, and at least 1 year of nursing leadership experience. Master’s in Nursing is preferred, with full-time day shifts and robust benefits from day one.

Mansioni

Continuously monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes, adjusting care plans and interventions as necessary to achieve optimal results.
Perform thorough initial and ongoing assessments of patients to determine their health status and care needs.
Formulate and regularly update individualized patient care plans based on assessment data and clinical judgment.
Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as necessary.
Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
