Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Nurse Manager for its facility in Mesquite, Texas. This position is essential in overseeing the care of patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), with responsibilities for maintaining quality patient care and guiding nursing practices.

Qualifications

• 12 months nursing experience.
• 6 months experience in kidney failure or transplant care, including dialysis.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional supervisory nursing practice in the care of patients with ESRD.
• Maintain the quality and adequacy of patient care in the clinic.
• Recognize, assess, and assist in solving professional, administrative, and supervisory problems within the clinic.

Skills

Effective communication skills with clients and staff

Ability to read and interpret safety rules

Education

Registered Professional Nurse (RN) with current state licensure; BSN preferred
