Concerto Renal Services is seeking a dialysis nurse to join its team at Pearl Healthcare Hinsdale in Hinsdale, IL. You will provide direct hemodialysis care, monitor patients, and educate them on renal health.

The role supervises dialysis technicians, collaborates with physicians, ensures documentation and compliance, and helps maintain high standards of care in a facility-based setting. Must have RN license and at least one year nursing plus three months dialysis experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in appropriate state or compact
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in any practice area
• Minimum 3 months of dialysis experience required
• BLS certification essential

Responsibilities

• Provide direct hemodialysis care and patient education.
• Monitor patient response and adjust treatments as needed.
• Supervise dialysis technicians and delegate tasks while ensuring standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with safety/regulatory protocols.
