Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Dialysis Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and palliative care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Jackson, MS. The role is full-time with a flexible schedule and autonomy to deliver high-quality patient care.

You will work under physician supervision, applying strong clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage chronic conditions while collaborating with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• Board certified NP or PA with current license
• Strong clinical skills with ability to assess, diagnose, and manage complex cases
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Jackson, MS
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans
• Communicate effectively with office staff and clinical operations
• Ensure patient-centered care for a defined panel
• Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans
• Consult with patients and families during visits
• Order diagnostic tests as needed and prescribe medications or interventions
