Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking an Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to dialysis patients in DaVita facilities around Pensacola, FL on a full-time basis. You will work under supervision of a physician and care for a diverse patient population with chronic diseases.

The role requires Florida NP/PA certification, strong clinical skills, and the ability to operate independently with 1–2 years of geriatric primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Board certified with a valid NP or PA certification in Florida.
• 1–2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients; hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary and palliative care to dialysis patients.
• Perform physical examinations and develop care plans.
• Order diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as appropriate.
• Coordinate with DaVita facilities and in-house clinical teams.
